What is the process you use for resurfacing?
We thoroughly clean and repair chips or cracks in porcelain surfaces. We also remove and replace defective grout in ceramic tile and etch the surface to provide a rough base for our acrylic coating. We will clean and sandpaper your countertops or cabinets preparing the surface for resurfacing. Our experienced technicians carefully spray your surface with an acrylic polyester coating which produces a hard, shiny, long lasting finish that looks like new. We warranty our work for five years against fading, chipping or peeling.

Do you handle clawfoot tubs and antique sinks?
Because of the rising popularity of antique fixtures in both historic and newer homes we have professionally resurfaced many historic tubs and sinks to the delight of their owners. Our experienced technicians patch and repair existing defects and sand away rust and stains to create a shiny, durable professionally finished surface. Although we usually paint the fixtures white we offer you the choice of standard colors as well. We offer free pickup and delivery in the metro area.

How long will it be before I can use the tub or sink again?
We advise you to not use the tub or sink for 2 days. This insures a strong finish which you will be pleased with for years. We also advise you to repair leaking faucets and not use bath mats on your newly resurfaced fixtures.

What about changing the color?
Our customers usually request a white or crème color but we can also provide for any standard color you may choose.

Do you resurface cabinets?
Yes, we also offer the service of resurfacing your existing cabinets, doors and drawers. You might want to choose a new set of doors or drawers.
